This role is responsible for driving the execution framework that enables the safe, scalable deployment of autonomous capabilities across multiple platforms and operational domains. As autonomy systems increase in complexity, this position ensures that safety, systems engineering, validation, and operational readiness activities are planned, integrated, and executed with the rigor required for safety-critical systems.
Working across engineering, functional safety, systems engineering, autonomy, hardware, software, and operations, the Functional Safety Manager provides the structure, governance, and visibility needed to deliver safety-critical capabilities from concept through deployment. The role ensures requirements traceability, verification and validation readiness, risk management, and alignment of safety objectives with program milestones, supporting both product delivery and safety assurance objectives.

Leads Ag Brokerage Solutions staff and program teams, overseeing risk, budgets, products, procedures, underwriting guidelines, and reinsurance relationships while developing efficient, compliant operations.
Leads project delivery across healthcare agency accounts, overseeing workflows, budgets, resourcing, client relationships, and project management teams while driving operational excellence and successful execution.
Identify and lead ambitious, short-term strategic projects from opportunity through delivery, partnering closely with the CEO and Chief of Staff to achieve high-impact outcomes across a growing team.
Lead the PMO team and improve project reporting, processes, tools, and collaboration across Delivery, Sales, and Finance to help project teams work with greater clarity and less operational friction.
Leads Engineering Project Managers and oversees complex enterprise technology initiatives, combining team development, PMO governance, financial planning, and executive stakeholder engagement to deliver cross-functional engineering.
