Handle inbound customer calls, resolve enquiries, qualify leads, and convert suitable opportunities into sales or appointments while delivering a positive customer experience and coordinating with internal teams.
Supports customer success operations while using generative AI tools responsibly, applying human-in-the-loop practices, and improving the efficiency, cost, and quality of daily workflows.
Supports customer success operations as a Customer Success Team Agent, using generative AI tools responsibly and applying human review to produce business-ready work and improve efficiency, cost, and quality.
Support customers with logistics and delivery questions across phone, chat, and email, resolving issues, documenting interactions, and working with teammates to maintain service quality.
Resolve customer questions and website requests through chat and email, troubleshoot product issues, guide clients through features, and share feedback with product teams while supporting teammates.
