Full job description

As a Senior Clinical Data Analyst, you will identify operational improvement opportunities through analytics that help Tendo's customers meet or exceed their financial, quality, and operational goals. Success in this role depends on deep familiarity with inpatient workflows and how care is actually documented in the EHR, including flowsheet rows and templates, order sets and orderables, clinical notes, ADT and bed movement, results and charge capture, and the ability to translate that raw documentation into reliable measures and clear insight.

You will curate data sets from inpatient source tables, reconcile documentation practices that vary by unit and service line, and build and maintain data extracts, interactive reports, dashboards, and self-service products. You will work closely with the Tendo team and with the corporate and operational leaders at our customer organizations, including nursing leadership, service line directors, quality, and informatics, to make sure what gets measured reflects what happens at the bedside. You will also prepare materials for customer presentations and support ongoing customer engagement.

Your work will directly shape the success of our customers and our team.
