- Partner with leading AI labs and enterprises on critical AI initiatives focused on synthetic data generation.
- Translate model objectives and data challenges into effective synthetic data strategies and technical specifications.
- Develop workflows to generate high-quality training datasets and run experiments to measure their impact on model performance.
- Build automated evaluators and quality checks to ensure data correctness and adherence to customer requirements.
- Communicate technical tradeoffs and experimental results to stakeholders while serving as a trusted technical partner.
🛠️ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or a similar technical role.
- Strong Python skills with experience in building reliable production data or ML systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and integrating systems through APIs.
- Strong understanding of ML experimentation and evaluation metrics.
- Experience building synthetic data and model-generated training datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous technical problems and communicate effectively.
