- Complete assigned onboarding, periodic, and trigger-based reviews.
- Analyze and validate client documentation and ownership structures; conduct screening and write risk assessments.
- Prepare client analyses for approval committees, update static data, and archive documentation.
- Advise on KYC/AML and regulatory requirements for onboarding and reviews.
- Collaborate with cross-site teams and stakeholders to support timely reviews and a seamless client experience.
- Contribute to establishing and improving KYC processes.
🛠️ Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in KYC/AML processes.
- You are well acquainted with KYC including the EU regulatory frameworks within this space.
- You are comfortable engaging directly and regularly with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of KYC/AML onboardings/reviews and to overcome challenges.
- You have experience navigating change and contributing to process improvement/development.
- You have a strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environment.
- You have an analytical foundation and an accurate and structured approach to your work.
- You can work independently, have a strong capability of prioritizing your work in a structured manner.
- You like taking responsibility and are comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities and objectives can change quickly.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage.

The KYC/AML Center supports the continued development of KYC processes within PWM&FO business units across the Nordics and Luxembourg. The KYC/AML Center is looking for new staff members to support our KYC onboarding and review processes.
