Key duties in your role will include the following:
- Own transactions across the investment lifecycle – from origination to financial modeling, board approvals, due diligence, definitive documentation, and deal closing.
- Draft compelling transaction marketing materials for distribution to prospective lenders and investors.
- Analyze term sheets and proposals to support recommendations for optimal financing structures to senior management.
- Maintain transaction models for debt, tax equity, and other equity processes.
- Lead transaction due diligence and interface with external financing parties and consultants.
- Collaborate with our Development, Commercial, EPC, and Asset Management teams to collect, organize, and manage transaction deliverables in external data rooms.
- Develop and manage relationships with external counsel, advisors, and providers of debt, tax equity, and equity capital to optimize our project financings.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
You will report to Scout’s Senior Manager, Capital Markets and will work alongside a high performing team of Analysts.
