About the Job:
The Application Security Engineer reports to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and works directly with the software development and production operations teams building and maintaining our 10 SaaS platforms across Radicle Health. This role requires a hands-on technical engineer to architect software security tooling and integrate security in the software development process.

Triage and validate vulnerability submissions across managed bug bounty programs, assess their accuracy and severity, communicate with clients and researchers, and escalate critical findings.
Own product security projects end to end, partnering with engineering to improve architecture, build secure-by-default tools, tune security testing, and reduce vulnerabilities across the product.
Build AI-powered security scanners and automation, red-team internal AI systems, and partner with engineering teams to discover, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities across Coinbase products.
Own and expand the security program across corporate security, security operations, compliance, cloud, and application security, including incident response, access controls, vendor reviews, and SOC 2 audits.
Improve the security of a web application by partnering with feature teams, assessing vulnerabilities and security events, and building cloud-focused detection, telemetry, and security mechanisms.
