    AI development and delivery:

    • Lead the launch of AI and automation features that solve real workflow and operational problems.

    • Propose practical build vs. buy decisions with engineering, comparing model accuracy, latency, and vendor costs.

    • Set up testing and evaluation to catch hallucinations, verify data quality, and keep models reliable.

    • Enforce data privacy and security rules.

    Budget and ROI management:

    • Assist in managing product budgets with strict cost discipline

    • Write clear business cases for new features showing expected payback, operational savings, or revenue impact.

    • Calculate and track unit economics, identifying exactly what each transaction or workflow costs to run.

    • Measure realized ROI after launch and cut or change features that do not meet cost and return targets.

    Execution and delivery:

    • Run projects independently, clearing roadblocks and managing cross-team dependencies.

    • Write clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineers can build against.

    • Help define, track and maintain SLAs, system uptime, and performance metrics across your product line.

    • Spend time with stakeholders to understand pain points and turn feedback into practical fixes.

Qualifications

  • • Solid background in agile delivery, sprint planning, and backlog management in Jira.
  • • Ability to dig into complex technical problems and make decisions independently.
  • • Must comply with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and patient privacy requirements.
