Full job description

About Us
Our client
is a fast-growing technology company that builds and scales self-serve SaaS platforms and mobile apps across different categories, reaching a large global user base. From the initial idea to launch, we manage the full lifecycle of multiple products, while continuously exploring new market opportunities and working with external development partners. Rather than focusing on a single product, we operate a diverse portfolio of tools across areas like AI, productivity, and marketing.

Today, our platforms serve over 100 million users across 160 countries. We are a fully remote, international team of multi-skilled specialists who believe in building products that deliver immediate, measurable impact. We move fast, we think big, and we are obsessed with scaling digital progress

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of one or several SaaS products and drive their performance end-to-end. Unlike a traditional PM role where you might sit next to your developers, you will be the primary bridge between company vision and our external development teams located all over the world.

You will be responsible for driving the success of key product areas within our ecosystem. Your mission is to be "on top of the machine"β€”providing high-level direction to external partners and ensuring that every release meets our rigorous standards for performance, usability, and
profitability.

Our products operate with strong user acquisition and monetization funnels, including onboarding flows, paid trials, subscriptions, and upsells. As a result, this role requires a solid understanding of funnel-based products and a strong focus on conversion rate optimization.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with a high level of autonomy, who takes full ownership of their product, and who is motivated by measurable results

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary lead for external development teams. You will drive their velocity, ensure they are hitting milestones, and maintain a high standard of output across your assigned products.
  • Define the high-level roadmap and requirements. While you will provide critical input and direction for the product journey, you will collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts who are responsible for the hands-on creation of backlog items and user stories.
  • Since the teams are external, you are the final line of defense. You will oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure that everything built is scalable for millions of users.
  • Work closely with the Head of Growth and Head of Engineering to ensure that external output aligns with internal technology standards and marketing goals.
  • Continuously evaluate the performance and efficiency of the external development teams under your skip, ensuring they remain aligned with our delivery expectations and long-term strategy.
  • Propose and prioritize new features based on market insights, user behavior, and their impact on conversion, retention, and revenue.
  • When new features are needed, research competitor implementations and determine the most efficient, scalable, and user-friendly approach for each feature.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize the full user journey, from acquisition to conversion and retention, to increase revenue per user.
  • Define, prioritize, and run product experiments, including A/B tests, and use data to drive continuous performance improvements.

        Who You Are

        • You have 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of managing external or distributed development teams.
        • You are comfortable overseeing multiple related features or products, ensuring consistency and strategic alignment across your area of responsibility.
        • Because you are managing remote teams, your communication is crystal clear, highly documented, and impossible to misinterpret.
        • You have a deep understanding of self-serve SaaS metrics and how product strategy directly influences global growth and user retention.
        • You are "on top of it." You don't wait for updates; you chase them. You are comfortable holding external partners accountable to high standards and tight deadlines.
        • You have a strong understanding of SaaS business models and performance-driven product environments
        • You have experience with funnel-based products (paid trials, subscriptions, upsells, conversion flows)
        • You have a good ability to think from the user’s perspective to optimize conversion rates while maintaining a smooth and logical user experience
        • You have a strong intuition for user behavior, drop-off points, and how small product changes impact revenue
        • You are comfortable working on aggressive user acquisition and monetization strategies, with a focus on maximizing revenue per user
