About Predikt

‍

Predikt is a dynamic Swiss-Belgian deeptech company at the forefront of innovation, developing cutting-edge AI-driven technology. We are an AI-driven cost & margin intelligence platform built for enterprise procurement and finance teams, providing unmatched visibility into external cost drivers and their impact on margins. We empower organizations to navigate market volatility, proactively manage risks, protect profitability and make confident, data-driven decisions. As an early-stage startup, we are fueled by a strong sense of mission and enthusiasm, striving to make cost intelligence accessible to every procurement and finance leader across the globe.

‍

At Predikt, we are defined by our core values and high ambitions. We are a company that champions integrity, innovation and excellence, creating an environment where everyone supports each other and works collaboratively towards common goals. Our customer-centric approach ensures we deliver exceptional value and service, while fostering a culture of mutual respect, open communication, and continuous improvement.

‍

Join us on this exciting journey as we transform the way procurement and finance teams understand and act on cost and create a future where volatility is no longer a threat, but a challenge every organization is equipped to face with confidence.

About the role

Predikt turns market volatility into structured, forward-looking cost and margin intelligence for procurement, finance and commercial teams at global CPG and Food & Beverage enterprises. We've raised our pre-seed round, our product is live with enterprise customers, and we're now building the marketing function from scratch, with you at the center of it.

Our buyers are a few hundred large enterprises. Deals are significant, sales cycles are long, and decisions involve procurement, finance and the C-suite. Marketing here is not about volume. It's about making Predikt the obvious, credible choice for a well-defined list of accounts.

As our first marketing hire, you own marketing end to end. There's no playbook to maintain, which means real ownership from day one and real ambiguity: you'll build the function, not run someone else's plan.

What you'll do

  1. Own our positioning and messaging, and make sure it lands consistently across our website, decks, proposals and RFP answers.

  2. Equip sales and the founders to win: value stories, competitive battlecards, demo narratives and reusable RFP content.

  3. Turn customer results into proof: quantified case studies and references that procurement and finance leaders trust.

  4. Run account-based campaigns for our priority accounts together with sales, from concept to follow-up.

  5. Organize events that put Predikt in front of the right buyers: roundtables, webinars and our presence at industry events.

  6. Amplify the founders' voice on LinkedIn and in the market, and build Predikt's own thought leadership around it.

  7. Use targeted paid channels, mainly LinkedIn, to support our account-based campaigns and events. Performance marketing is a supporting tool here, not the core of the role: we care about reaching the right people at the right accounts, not about lead volume.

What success looks like after one year

  1. A clear, consistent story that customers and prospects repeat back to us.

  2. A library of proof points and sales material the team actually uses.

  3. Measurable engagement from our priority accounts, and meetings sourced by marketing.

What you bring

  1. 6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong product marketing or account-based component, ideally selling to large enterprises.

  2. Experience marketing to procurement, finance or supply chain buyers, for example from planning, spend or analytics software, is a big plus.

  3. Excellent writing and storytelling: you can turn a complex product into a sharp message for a CPO or CFO.

  4. A builder mentality: comfortable as a team of one, doing the work yourself and making sure things actually ship.

  5. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn advertising and account-based targeting is a plus.

  6. Fluent in English. Dutch, French or German is a plus.

What we offer

πŸ’° Pay & perks

  • A competitive salary and a stock option plan, so you share in the growth you help create.

  • Meal vouchers of €8 per working day.

  • Eco vouchers worth €250 per year.

  • A net allowance per month for working from home and using your own equipment.

πŸš† Getting around

  • Mobility budget or company car via Lizy: you choose what fits your life.

  • Bike lease option.

  • Our Leuven office is a 2-minute walk from the train station.

πŸ›‘οΈ Health

  • Hospitalisation insurance via Alan.

🌍 Flexibility

  • Hybrid work, split between our Leuven office and home.

  • Bring your own device: work with the tools you know best.

  • A flexible reward plan is planned for 2027, so you can shape part of your package yourself.

πŸŽ‰ Team & culture

  • A yearly offsite, sometimes in the Swiss Alps, sometimes closer to home.

  • Plenty of moments together throughout the year: drinks, our Christmas dinner and other team activities.

  • A culture of radical transparency, where open and honest communication is the norm.

  • An early-stage startup that's growing fast, with room to take on more if you want it.
