  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles and strategy, including cross-border supply chains, import and export, and consolidation

  • Experience leading global teams across multiple regions

  • A record of taking supply chain from a narrow functional focus to a broader, business-oriented role, ideally at a company where supply chain is central to the business, such as a marketplace, large retailer, or ecommerce fulfillment company

You will build relationships with warehousing and inventory leaders and executive stakeholders, and assess current strengths, gaps, and risks.

First 60 days:

By 60 days, you will identify and begin delivering quick wins that reduce cost and improve service. You will set up clearer reporting on transportation performance by region and define priorities for the cross-border supply chains and consolidation efforts that Pattern needs to build.

First 90 days:

By 90 days, you will present a global supply chain and transportation strategy aligned with Pattern’s growth goals. It will include a roadmap for cross-border capabilities, the team structure you need across regions to deliver it, and the measures you will use to show progress.

What is the team like?

You will lead a global supply chain and transportation organization with teams across regions, and work cross-functionally with warehousing, inventory management, and finance.
