  • Own commercial execution against long-range growth ambitions, ensuring near-term performance and long-term scale.
  • Build and execute plans to significantly increase covered lives, enrollment, revenue, and market penetration.
  • Expand Omada's presence across health plans, employers, and government channels.
  • Drive talent acquisition and organizational redesign to support scaling.
  • Partner with Product and R&D to align market feedback with product development.

🛠️ Requirements

  • 15+ years of commercial leadership experience in healthcare or digital health.
  • Proven success in payer and employer sales, including Medicare.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-year commercial transformations.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of making high-quality decisions under uncertainty.
