Company Description

Job Description

Turn Consumer Understanding into Business Decisions

Great brands don't rely on instinct alone. They use consumer insights to understand brand performance, measure marketing effectiveness and make smarter investment decisions.

We're looking for a Senior Insights Consultant to help leading brands answer critical questions around brand health, campaign effectiveness and growth opportunities.

Why Join Us?

This is more than a research role. You will act as a trusted advisor to major clients, influence business decisions, and focus on insight generation rather than operational execution. Dedicated specialist teams manage survey programming, data processing and fieldwork, allowing you to concentrate on consulting, storytelling and client impact.

What You Will Do

  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and become a trusted advisor.

  • Translate business challenges into research objectives and actionable recommendations.

  • Lead discussions around Brand Health Tracking, Brand Equity and Campaign Effectiveness programmes.

  • Guide research projects from brief to debrief while coordinating internal expert teams.

  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior audiences.

  • Transform data into clear business actions and growth opportunities.

  • Driving impact for the client, and demonstrating the value of NIQ’s contribution

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Brand Tracking or Campaign Measurement.

  • Strong quantitative research expertise.

  • Ability to connect data, marketing performance and business outcomes.

  • Excellent storytelling, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Professional Dutch and English

Important: This role is intended for professionals with experience in quantitative market research, consumer insights, brand tracking or marketing effectiveness. Candidates without direct research experience are unlikely to be a strong fit.

What we offer

  • From 50 200 euros to 54 000 euros gross per year, including holiday allowance and the 13th monthly payment. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. We are committed to equal pay and pay transparency. Remuneration decisions are made using gender-neutral and objective criteria.
  • A dynamic work environment with opportunities to engage with local and global companies.
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid work options.
  • Comprehensive onboarding and internal training programs.
  • Access to learning platforms.
  • Staff and team events.
