We’re looking for an Agency Producer to partner closely with our in-house production team and clients — managing projects from brief to delivery. You’ll be the connective tissue between creative, production, and client teams, ensuring clarity, quality, and on-time execution.
This role combines client service, creative problem-solving, and project management.
Manage multiple video and motion projects from kickoff to final delivery
Build and track timelines, budgets, and deliverables across all stakeholders
Anticipate risks or scope changes early and align the team accordingly
Keep Asana boards, production schedules, and deliverables current
Client & Partner Collaboration
Serve as a key client contact throughout projects
Ensure client expectations are clear, realistic, and consistently met
Partner with leadership to translate creative direction into actionable production plans
Internal Coordination
Work directly with directors, editors, and designers to maintain workflow and priorities
Facilitate smooth handoffs between sales, creative, and production
Communicate progress, blockers, and needs clearly to the broader team
2+ years of experience in production, agency, or creative project management
Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple deliverables
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Calm, proactive approach under pressure
Strong attention to detail and accountability to deadlines
Familiarity with Asana, Airtable, or similar project tools
Familiarity with video production workflows
Background in creative agencies, studios, or startups
Experience with tools like Asana, Airtable, or similar project management platforms

Supports influencer marketing campaigns from kickoff through completion, coordinating project schedules and deliverables, sourcing and managing talent, and tracking campaign content, payments, and reporting.
Produces high-end visual effects work for integrated advertising, coordinating production workflows, teams, schedules, and creative deliverables across live-action, CG, and Nuke-based projects.
Produce vodcasts, live events, short-form videos and original programming while managing video distribution, archives and analytics; collaborate across editorial, social, sales and engineering teams to deliver polished content.
Produce and edit thoughtful tech videos across organic and branded campaigns, owning shoot preparation, camera work, lighting, and collaboration from pre-production through final edit.
Produce and shoot brand, editorial, and commercial content while coordinating field logistics, permits, equipment, vendors, budgets, and post-production handoffs from planning through capture.
