As a Retention Representative, your primary role is to engage with paying customers who have requested a refund for their annual subscriptions, understand their concerns, and offer tailored solutions to retain them as valued members. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting long-term subscription options that meet our customers’ needs.

Build trusted relationships with retail clients, translate retail measurement and consumer data into actionable recommendations, and drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnership growth.
Build customer relationships with senior living communities and healthcare professionals, providing proactive platform support, coordinating onboarding and staffing needs, and resolving issues through clear communication and follow-through.
Guide customers in adopting Fin and Intercom at scale, build repeatable engagement programs, monitor customer health and outcomes, and shape scaled customer success processes through cross-functional collaboration.
Drive product adoption, retention, and account growth across a high-volume customer portfolio by advising customers, resolving issues, and executing upsell opportunities in collaboration with internal teams.
Own advertiser relationships and deliver managed-service campaigns and programmatic PMP deals, using performance insights and product expertise to improve results, retain clients, and identify growth opportunities.
