- Coordinate technical planning and execution across engineering and product, keeping quarterly backlogs prioritized, estimated, and achievable within team capacity.
- Align internal teams, partners, and users; drive decisions, resolve conflicts, clarify ownership, and ensure follow-through.
- Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and escalations throughout project lifecycles.
- Connect execution plans to measurable business, technical, and customer outcomes, and define tracking metrics.
- Build dashboards, operating cadences, status reports, program reviews, and planning materials for leadership forums.
- Improve Agile ceremonies, delivery governance, predictability, accountability, and quality.
🛠️ Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant engineering field.
- 5+ years of project management experience leading complex technology, consulting, professional-services, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with AI tools; creating AI tools is an advantage.
- Expertise in project planning, risk management, and delivering large-scale business or technology transformations.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong customer-facing communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; service-oriented, collaborative, and able to think independently.
- Vehicle industry experience is an advantage.
