Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Regional Director of Clinical Operations at Wake Research, an M3 company. This is a remote role with up to 50% travel.
M3 Wake Research is looking for a Regional Director to lead clinical operations across a region of our site network. You’ll oversee Site Directors and Site Managers, partner closely with principal investigators, and make sure each site hits its enrollment, quality, and revenue goals. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building accountable teams and keeping trials running smoothly.

Leads clinical operations across a regional site network, developing site leaders and driving enrollment, quality, protocol compliance, financial performance, and consistent execution of clinical trials.
Lead and develop the Medical Office Assistant team, overseeing staffing, service quality, performance, and workflow improvements while using operational data to support launches and enhance patient and provider experiences.
Leads client-facing pharmacovigilance programs, overseeing safety operations, regulatory compliance, governance, and service delivery while managing milestones, risks, quality, and client outcomes.
Supervise clinical services for a behavioral health program, supporting counselors with treatment planning, case consultation, and clinical supervision while maintaining a caseload and a safe therapeutic environment.
Leads the Clinical Operations Business Office, setting portfolio-wide strategy and governance for vendor and site contracting, eTMF, inspection readiness, quality processes, and operational performance.
