Manage a high-volume franchise accounts receivable portfolio, leading collections, cash application, payment arrangements, account investigations, and resolution of complex billing issues with franchisees and internal teams.
Manage medical claims and patient accounts receivable by submitting and correcting claims, following up with insurers, processing appeals, and supporting timely, compliant reimbursement.
Lead high-volume accounts receivable operations, overseeing accurate invoicing, cash applications, proactive collections, account reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements.
Lead accounts receivable activities using PeopleSoft, handling high-volume collections, credit authorization, and billing procedures while applying financial software, accounting knowledge, and healthcare invoicing experience where.
Lead day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, reporting, and dispute resolution, while guiding AR clerks and improving credit processes and automation.
