THIS ROLE
A senior preparer position responsible for delivering comprehensive fund accounting services for complex portfolios. This role handles a full spectrum of complexity levels (low, medium, and high) with minimal supervision, focusing on sophisticated accounting processes and detailed client deliverables. The position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to lead preparation of complex financial reports while maintaining high quality standards.

Provides outsourced CFO and accounting support to hedge fund and private equity clients, overseeing fund reporting and financial operations while coordinating service providers and improving processes.
The Management Accountant supports month-end close, management reporting, reconciliations, tax compliance and financial controls, while providing analysis and reporting to inform business decisions.
The role involves preparing and submitting regulatory obligations, financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards while analyzing financial accounts.
Own month-end close and general ledger accounting for operating expenses and international subsidiaries, improving reconciliations, controls, reporting, and automation as the business scales.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, and support monthly close across U.S. and Australian entities using Sage Intacct and related tools.
