Executive, Platform Operations & Validation

Overview of the Role:

The Operations Executive, Platform Operations & Validation is responsible for supporting day-to-day platform operations, including offer approval, commission settings and manual conversion uploads, while ensuring affiliate conversion and payout data are accurate, complete and properly validated.

This role works across multiple business entities to keep platform settings accurate, complete validation activities on time, resolve discrepancies and maintain proper operational records.

This is an entry-level role suitable for a fresh graduate or early-career candidate who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and interested in operations, process improvement and affiliate marketing.

What you’ll do

• Set up, update and check commission settings based on approved commercial terms and ensure they are configured accurately.

• Validate and verify affiliate conversions and payout data against advertiser records, agreed rules and service levels.

• Identify discrepancies, anomalies or errors in conversion and payout data and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.

• Coordinate with Tracking & Protection, Finance and business teams to resolve conversion or platform-related issues.

• Monitor pending platform and validation activities and ensure they are completed within the required timeline.

• Follow established standard operating procedures and flag areas where processes should be clarified or standardised across different business entities.

• Support audits and ad hoc reporting requests with accurate records and documentation.

• Identify repetitive, manual or inefficient work and propose practical improvements such as spreadsheet formulas, templates or simple automations.

• Use available tools and technology to improve the speed, accuracy and consistency of operational work.

• Support project-based work such as new initiatives, automation efforts or process improvements while ensuring day-to-day responsibilities continue to run smoothly.

• Maintain proper documentation of processes, workflows and operational controls.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in affiliate marketing, platform operations, ad operations, data validation, quality assurance or a related field is an advantage.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with large volumes of transaction data.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify patterns, discrepancies and unusual data.

• Strong operational mindset with an interest in making processes more efficient, rather than only following existing steps.

• Proactive and open-minded about identifying automation and process-improvement opportunities, even without a technical background.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets; experience with formulas, pivot tables, Google Apps Script, Power Query or basic automation tools is an advantage.

• Able to manage multiple tasks, workflows and business entities while balancing project-based work with ongoing day-to-day responsibilities.

• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
