Become part of an exciting adventure, bringing joy to millions of players around the world from our office in Warsaw.
We are an in-office-first company and operate in a hybrid model (3 days from the office).
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team - someone who turns data into clear recommendations for the business. You will work across planning, month-end close, business partnering and reporting, with a particular focus on labour costs and headcount. We value strong modelling skills, structured thinking and an AI-first, automation-minded way of working.
How will you make an impact with us?
Participate in planning and management of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.
Act as a finance business partner for selected cost centres: take open business questions, structure the analysis and present clear recommendations to budget owners and senior management.
Use AI tools and automation to build and continuously improve internal financial tools, increasing speed, data quality and reporting efficiency.
Own labour cost and headcount analysis - one of the largest cost areas in our P&L: track actuals vs. budget and forecast, reconcile HR and payroll data, and model workforce scenarios together with HR.
Deliver an accurate month-end close for your areas: accruals (incl. personnel-related, marketing and contractor costs), allocation of costs across departments and projects, and support for intercompany settlements.
Monitor operating expenses, explain variances and their drivers, and recommend corrective actions.
Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing processes and developing our planning and reporting systems.
Work closely with other teams within the Finance department - Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxes - as well as with HR and Payroll.
