Home instead is looking for compassionate, reliable and fun care professionals to support an individual living with a brain injury and learning difficulties. This is a rewarding opportunity to help some to live independently, enjoy the local community, and achieve their goals.
You will be:
We are looking for someone who, has experience supporting people with brain injuries and/or learning difficulties, you will be kind, patient, creative and engaging. You will enjoy storytelling and imaginative conversations, you will be comfortable playing computer games.
You will be confident with medication administration, and you must hold a full UK driving licence.
Hours available:
12:00pm - 5pm Saturday
5pm - 10:00pm Saturday
8am - 3pm Sunday
Saturday sleeping night
Please note:
Contracted hours are available. Applicants do not need to be available for all of the above. Please also note these are ALTERNATE weekends.

Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care through text chat and video, managing complex and chronic conditions while collaborating with a clinical team to deliver personalized care and improve patient outcomes.
Provide telephonic nutrition assessments and counseling for members in Medically Tailored Meals programs, recommending appropriate meals, delivering practical nutrition education, documenting sessions, and connecting members with relevant.
Provide remote nursing support, respond to patient inquiries, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with patients and care teams while following clinical protocols during evening coverage.
Guide patients through their orthodontic treatment journey, from initial enquiry to final result, delivering a caring and exceptional experience while building strong patient relationships.
Provide interventional and diagnostic radiology care, help grow the IR service line through physician relationships and referrals, and teach residents in a partnership-track private practice.
