We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for creating great products for great people (in our case the modern family). In this role, you will partner closely with both our IDC office (Bangalore) and the US based design team members contributing to UX/UI direction helping ensure quality and consistency for our product & services. Working alongside partners from Product Management, Engineering, Brand, Marketing, and other core teams, you will help ensure that Greenlight delivers truly lovable and memorable experiences.

We are led by our VP of Design, Creative Director, and Product Design Director and work closely with our Product, Engineering, and Marketing partners.   • Collaborate with other UX/UI designers to ensure alignment across other areas of the product and our design system.

  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the consistency and functionality of design elements across different devices and platforms.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and tools.

    • What you should bring:

  • 5-7 years + proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and attention to detail, preferably for a mobile application.
  • Mastery and speed in Figma, with ability to produce prototypes to support engineers
  • Knowledge and efficiency of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Eye for detail, consistency, and a passion for creating high-quality, user-centered designs.
