From time to time, we need to recruit into our small team of employees. These Operational roles may be client facing, for example Programme Management of a portfolio of projects which are running; through to supporting Business Development and our Finance and Business Operations.

Partners with GTM and Sales leaders to align talent priorities with business outcomes, solve organizational challenges, and deliver talent, compensation, and retention programs that support team performance.
Supports compensation program design and administration through salary benchmarking, job evaluation, pay structure development, incentive programs, and data analysis that informs equitable, competitive decisions.
