We're seeking an Artist Relations Intern for Spring 2027 to join our Austin operations team. This role offers deep immersion in a dynamic startup environment, providing invaluable experience in both music and tech. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, intellectually curious, and passionate about live music.

Record clear, natural Chinese Simplified speech by reading provided prompts exactly as written, following recording guidelines, and re-recording submissions when needed to meet quality standards.
Record approximately 640 provided text prompts in natural, accurate Chinese Simplified speech, following project guidelines and using an internal platform to support speech and language AI evaluation.
Review flagged transactions and accounts, investigate suspicious activity, identify fraud patterns, and share findings to improve detection rules and models while helping protect shoppers and merchants.
Review flagged transactions and accounts, investigate suspected fraud, identify emerging patterns, and share findings that improve detection rules and models while resolving cases accurately and on time.
Process audit and project requests in the Price Review production queue, applying client objectives and account rules to route requests accurately and identify and correct errors.
