- Own key components of month-end and year-end close.
- Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
- Analyze fluctuations and variances across P&L and balance sheet accounts.
- Support financial reporting and management reporting packages.
- Partner with Operations, FP&A, and external auditors.
- Improve processes and documentation, support internal controls, audits, and ad hoc projects.
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience; public accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
- Experience with consumer products, manufacturing, inventory, or multi-entity environments is a plus.
- CPA or CPA-track preferred.
