- Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closure—ensuring predictable outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives and position Freshworks as a strategic partner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Develop and maintain a strong, data-backed pipeline with accurate forecasting.
🛠️ Requirements
- Experience that counts: 7+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience in mid-market or enterprise segments, with a proven record of exceeding revenue goals.
- Strategic mindset: Skilled at managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders, including enterprise IT and business decision-makers.
- Revenue focused: Strong prospecting and pipeline management capabilities, backed by structured forecasting and disciplined execution.
- Domain knowledge: Proficiency in solution selling of software platforms (e.g., ITSM, IT infrastructure, EX/CRM/Customer engagement solutions) that drive operational efficiency and business impact.
- Strong collaborator: Customer-centric approach with the ability to build cross-functional partnerships and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
- Language proficiency: Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required to collaborate effectively with regional and global teams.
