🛠️ Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or strategic finance at a high-growth tech or fintech company.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills, comfortable working with various business teams.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial statements and forecasting techniques.
- Strong grasp of SaaS and fintech metrics: CAC, LTV, payback periods, gross margin, and sales efficiency.
- Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear takeaways for non-finance stakeholders.
- Self-starter who takes ownership and drives work to completion with minimal supervision.
- Passion for technology and the startup ecosystem with a deep understanding of industry trends.
