- Coordinate, assign, and monitor QA team tasks across projects.
- Develop project-specific test plans and strategies.
- Guide the team in creating and maintaining test matrices.
- Ensure thorough execution of test cases.

- Manage testing risks, coordinate with clients, and conduct testing on SQL databases and web services.
