- Prepare scale drawings and contract documents for building contractors.
- Represent clients during bidding and construction contract awards.
- Administer construction contracts and conduct site observations to check compliance with plans.
- Mentor colleagues and promote collaboration across project teams.
🛠️ Requirements
- Master’s degree in Architecture and 5+ years of related experience highly preferred.
- Licensed or able to obtain licensure within 1 year of hire.
- Educational building experience highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit and strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical expertise in design and construction.
- Understanding of Indiana code requirements.
