For Foreign Language Interpreter Role–
Minimum Requirements:
1.High Schools degree or equivalent.
2.Native Fluency in English and Language
Certification Required – B2/HSK4
3.Advanced skills in the cultural dynamics (cultural implication and idiomatic expression) of language.
4.Excellent listening, retention and note-taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy.
5.Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and remain neutral and objective at all times.
6.Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with the permission or at request of the client.
Responsibilities:
Renders correct concepts and meanings between language and English following complexity, clarity, tone and style from one language into another, upholding the correct rules for grammar and syntax in both languages.
Provide strict renditions of the messages including every detail of the conversation and is prepared for challenging calls at any time.
Employs good customer service and communication skills, clear enunciation, pronunciation, pleasant and professional voice as well as polite forms of expression.
Follows instructions for clients, manages the flow of the call and avoids taking over the call, as well as avoids interaction with the limited English speaker person without the client's permission.
Remains calm during calls in the event that one of the primary speakers is incoherent or upset, especially in emergency situations.
Remains punctual and available during scheduled work hours.
Ensures access to the internet for work related electronic communication.
All other duties as assigned.
Applicants should be comfortable with Rotational Shifts (Including night).
Working days: 5 days (2 rotational week off)

Facilitate communication between parties as a Russian Interpretation Agent by providing live translation, handling queries, and maintaining high-quality customer interactions after specialist training.
Interpret Bengali and English conversations accurately, preserving meaning, tone, and detail while maintaining neutrality, managing call flow, and supporting clear communication across cultural differences.
Facilitate communication between Ukrainian- and English-speaking customers by providing live interpretation, handling queries, and maintaining clear, empathetic, high-quality interactions.
Provide live Mandarin–English interpretation for medical emergency calls, accurately conveying every detail while managing call flow, maintaining neutrality, and staying composed in challenging situations.
Interpret conversations between Punjabi and English speakers with accuracy, preserving meaning, tone, and detail while managing call flow and remaining neutral, professional, and calm.
