We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and cost breakdowns for construction projects. You will play a key role in supporting tendering and project planning, ensuring pricing accuracy, cost efficiency, and alignment with project requirements across residential and commercial projects.

Position: Estimator/Quantity Surveyor

Salary: PHP 60,000 - PHP 70,000/month (flexible for more experienced candidates)

Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00AM to 4:00PM; full-time (remote)

Holidays: Australian Holidays


Responsibilities:

    • Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs based on Australian drawings and specifications.
    • Interpret architectural, structural, and services drawings accurately.
    • Measure materials, labor, and subcontractor scopes in line with Australian construction standards.
    • Analyze project documentation to identify scope gaps, risks, and cost implications.
    • Assist with tender pricing, cost plans, and budget breakdowns.
    • Review supplier and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.
    • Maintain organized records of estimates, take-offs, and pricing data.
    • Support internal teams with cost-related queries throughout the estimating process.
