We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will provide essential support to our legal team, assisting with property transactions and conveyancing matters to ensure the smooth and efficient handling of real estate settlements and related legal processes. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing conveyancing documents, assisting with contract preparation, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and supporting the team in managing files and compliance requirements throughout the conveyancing process.
Position: Conveyancing Paralegal
Salary: R13,000 - R25,000/month (depending on skills and experience)
Working Hours & Conditions: UK business hours; full-time (remote)

Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with the preparation and review of conveyancing documents, including contracts of sale, transfer documents, and settlement statements.
- Conduct title searches, property searches, and due diligence to support property transactions.

- Assist with the preparation of settlement documents and coordinate settlement timelines.
