🛠️ Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a business-related major or engineering.
- Relevant postgraduate degree in your field of expertise.
- 7-10 years of associated industry or technical and client-facing experience.
- Prior experience in established consulting firms.
- Expertise in an industry or domain such as mining, oil and gas, chemicals, operational risk management, or operational excellence.
- Strong communication, leadership, influencing, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience in project management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and business development.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software such as Asana, JIRA, or Confluence.
