- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, and Workato.
- Implement safe rollout patterns to reduce deployment risk on business-critical changes.
- Own SLA/SLO definitions for core GTM systems and standardize monitoring and alerting.
- Manage sandbox, staging, and production environment lifecycles across GTM platforms.
- Establish and enforce a consistent secrets management standard across all Business Systems workloads.
- Build internal tooling and automation scripts to reduce toil and increase deployment confidence.
🛠️ Requirements
- 4+ years in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering role.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing Salesforce environments.
- Experience with at least one additional GTM/ERP platform, such as NetSuite, MuleSoft, or Workato.
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
- Hands-on experience with GCP services in a deployment or operations context.
