- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and user experience.
- Build custom solutions and third-party integrations using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues and follow the software development lifecycle.
- Apply code quality, security, and compliance best practices; stay current with Salesforce tools and features.
🛠️ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 4.5+ years of Salesforce development experience, focused on LWC.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Salesforce data and security models, and performance optimization.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification is a plus.
- Agile experience, Git, and Salesforce CI/CD knowledge are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
