🛠️ Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in brand design with agencies or in-house teams.
- Portfolio demonstrating concept-driven, high-quality design work across a range of mediums.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable presenting work and rationale to stakeholders.
- High level of craft across typography, layout, motion, and visual hierarchy.
- Attention to detail, you sweat the small stuff to make every piece feel intentional and refined.
- A strategic mindset with an understanding of how design impacts business and brand perception.
- Proficient in Figma.
- Experience with AI visual creation tools (Nano Banana, Midjourney, etc.)
- Experience with prototyping and web building tools (Figma Make, Sanity, etc.)
- Experience with motion and animation tools (After Effects, Jitter, etc.)
