Your mission
At Bitpanda, resilience is key to keeping our business running, even when things go wrong. As a Resilience Manager, you'll help strengthen our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery capabilities across the organization. You'll work closely with operational teams, drive improvements, and make sure we're prepared to respond to disruptions and recover effectively. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership, connect the dots across teams, and turn plans into practical solutions.

Lead environmental and social safeguards for a global conservation initiative, implementing and monitoring its management framework and stakeholder engagement plan while supporting Indigenous Peoples and local community partners.
Coordinates complex audits and examinations across information security, ICT risk, third-party risk, and operational resilience, managing evidence workflows, audit records, remediation tracking, and risk escalation.
Lead the development of a Group-wide occupational health and safety reporting framework, harmonising international data and turning performance insights into risk-based priorities for senior management.
Lead complex enterprise merchant onboarding and quality controls, interpret compliance policies, improve onboarding workflows, and mentor CDD analysts while balancing regulatory safeguards with business needs.
Perform customer due diligence and KYC reviews for merchant onboarding, assess potential money-laundering and payment risks, and improve scalable onboarding workflows in collaboration with cross-functional and global teams.
