- Experience in application management, IT operations, or software engineering
- Strong understanding of application architectures, including cloud, on-premises systems, integrations, and databases
- Knowledge of IT service management processes such as ITIL
- Analytical and solution-oriented way of working with strong communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholders effectively
- Ideally, experience in the energy sector
- Being fluent in English is mandatory (C1 minimum) ; speaking Spanish or Germany is a plus.

What you bring & who you are:
