- Lead the technology roadmap for Corporate IT Infrastructure and Support across identity, endpoint, office technology, SaaS administration, and AI productivity-tool governance
- Own the operating model for a distributed IT team, including prioritization, escalation paths, service metrics, runbooks, change control, and support-quality expectations
- Drive MFA and identity modernization programs, including Okta Verify and least-privilege remediation
- Establish safe administration and support patterns for AI productivity tools and improve ticket triage using automation
- Manage vendor/platform evaluations and renewals in partnership with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Security
🛠️ Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in corporate IT, infrastructure, workplace technology, or enterprise SaaS administration
- 2+ years of people-management experience leading IT engineering or support teams
- Strong hands-on experience with Okta/IAM, SSO, SAML/OIDC, SCIM, and MFA
- Experience with endpoint management and compliance tooling such as Jamf and MDM platforms
- Ability to partner across Security, Compliance, People/HRIS, and Engineering
