You will support customers through new certificate issuance, renewals, and the resolution of pending documentation.
The role combines customer service, process organization, document verification, and operational follow-up.
You will monitor active client accounts and proactively identify certificates approaching expiration or requiring action.
Your work will help prevent disruptions to accounting and business processes caused by expired or irregular certificates.

Accountabilities
