- Perform any duty assigned by the Cruise Director and/or Entertainment Director.
- Provide daily schedules for the technical team under their supervision.

We are hiring a Head of Sound for cruise company Margaritaville at Sea!

As a Head of Sound / Technical Manager, you will oversee the entire ship's visual and audible presence. Whilst concentrating efforts upon this, they also manage the technical teams within the theatre, nightclub and other entertainment venues.

⚓ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the sound and lighting equipment in all entertainment venues on board the vessel.
- Ensures an efficient set up, presentation and operation within the entertainment framework.
- Maintain an engaging manner to guest artists, fellow co-workers and passengers at all times.
- Assist the Cruise Director and their staff within the entertainment program.
- Perform any duty assigned by the Cruise Director and/or Entertainment Director.
- Work effectively with fellow staff and management from all departments.
- Monitors timely attendance, appearance and professional performance in all venues.
- Provide daily schedules for the technical team under their supervision.
- Complete performance appraisals that are a fair and accurate measure of the technical team.
- Attend all department and inter-departmental meetings.

- Minimum 21 years old
- Relevant ship experience is preferred
- Good level of English language
- Ship experience is preferred
- Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
