  • You demonstrate strong awareness of operational risk and sensitivity to irregularities
  • You are proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a good command of both written and spoken English

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities:

  • You'll support senior leadership in overseeing business operations and driving strategic growth initiatives.
  • You'll prepare marketing materials, customized proposals, and business documentation to support client and business development activities.
  • You'll provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to investment and operations teams, ensuring efficient day-to-day workflows.
  • You'll manage fund operations and compliance activities, including account opening, client onboarding, KYC/AML reviews, regulatory reporting, and record maintenance in accordance with SFC requirements.
