20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
A Georgia-based Chamber of Commerce President is seeking a part-time Administrative & Chamber Operations Virtual Assistant to support its President with day-to-day administrative organization and member-related operations.
The primary focus of this position will be email management, CRM administration, digital file organization, and general business support. The VA will help keep recurring administrative responsibilities organized and moving while allowing the President to focus on leadership, member relationships, events, and broader Chamber initiatives.
This position will begin at 10 hours per week with the potential to grow as additional workflows and responsibilities are delegated.
The objective of each engagement is to assist the client in improving business efficiency, enhancing service delivery, or supporting operational functions through high-quality, task-specific services rendered by a qualified contractor.
Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:
Monitor and organize designated email inboxes
Draft and send routine responses using established guidelines
Track messages requiring follow-up or Presidents attention
Maintain organized administrative records
Assist with recurring business support tasks and special projects
Maintain accurate information within GrowthZone CRM
Update member and contact records
Enter and organize relevant communication and activity information
Maintain accurate data and follow-up tasks
Support recurring CRM administration
Organize documents and resources within Google Drive
Maintain logical folder structures and naming conventions
Store information for easy future reference
Assist with retrieving and organizing business records
Maintain basic spreadsheets and administrative trackers
Assist with administrative coordination surrounding Chamber activities and events
Maintain schedules, task lists, and follow-up items
Support event-related documentation and organization
Assist the President with additional operational responsibilities as assigned
Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.
The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.
