- Own end-to-end interview scheduling for all roles, including technical rounds and take-home assignments.
- Serve as the primary candidate point of contact with clear, timely communication.
- Lead onsite interview logistics, including room setup, interviewer prep, and candidate hosting.
- Monitor communication from candidates and interviewers and act quickly to keep processes moving.
- Maintain accurate ATS data, including status updates, tagging, documentation, and requisition cleanup.
- Partner with recruiters to streamline workflows and improve recruiting operations.
🛠️ Requirements
- 2 years of experience with scheduling tools, calendar management, or ATS systems (Ashby preferred).
- Experience supporting technical recruiting processes and familiarity with common technical interview formats.
