- Support the set-up and operation of Boxbar units and bar areas at live events.
- Train venue teams and event staff on using Boxbar technology.
- Act as a professional Boxbar representative on site.
- Troubleshoot basic operational or technical issues during events.
- Assist with breakdown, clean-down, and post-event feedback.

- Reliable, punctual and dependable.
- Confident working in busy live event environments.
- Comfortable speaking with clients, venue teams, bar staff and customers.
- Practical, hands-on and happy to get stuck in.
- Calm under pressure and able to solve problems quickly.

- Flexible around evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Comfortable travelling to event sites in your region.
