The Talent Acquisition team shapes who Alloy becomes. We sit close to leadership, we treat sourcing as a craft, and we care about precision over volume. This is not a fill-the-req function: what we build here determines how Engineering, Product, and GTM get built. Alloy operates in a hybrid-work environment. We look to foster collaboration and community by having our local employees onsite three days a week.
The best hires rarely come from a job post. They come from someone who found them first. You'll own outbound sourcing at Alloy, leading on Engineering searches while supporting Product and GTM, and you'll own how AI-powered sourcing gets done here.
