- This is a strategic partner role, not a traditional HRBP seat, and much of what you own needs to be built and evolved in real time rather than run from an existing playbook.

- You'll also be trusted with sensitive, high-stakes people situations.
- You'll bring composure and sound judgment to how they're navigated, and know when to make the call yourself versus when to escalate.
🛠️ Requirements
- 5+ years as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced high-growth environments, preferably in SaaS and/or Fintech
- Experience coaching and advising people managers through ambiguous, high-stakes situations, especially around building leadership judgment during periods of change.
- A track record designing and standing up HR programs or systems from the ground up — not just administering or optimizing what already exists
- Strong business acumen: fluency with financials, organizational priorities, and translating between HR and business considerations to build credibility with senior stakeholders
- Experience navigating sensitive, high-stakes employee situations with sound, independent judgment
- Sharp communication skills that flex across audiences, from frontline managers to senior leadership, including experience shaping internal communications strategy
