We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the General Manager, Germany & Austria, helping shape priorities, drive commercial performance and turn strategy into action across both markets.
You’ll be a trusted partner to the GM and local leadership team, bringing clear thinking, sound judgement and ownership to the business’s most important opportunities and challenges. Working closely with Wonderful’s global teams, you’ll lead strategic projects, strengthen business planning and ensure decisions translate into measurable progress.
This role suits someone who can move confidently between analysis and execution. You’ll be comfortable challenging assumptions, making recommendations and taking responsibility for delivering results in a fast-growing AI business.
What you’ll do
Turn strategy into execution. Work with the GM to define priorities for Germany and Austria, translate them into actionable plans and drive delivery against clear goals.
Drive commercial performance. Partner with the GTM team and Global Revenue Operations to assess pipeline, forecasting and revenue performance, identifying opportunities, risks and actions.
Bring rigour to business decisions. Lead analysis on pricing, margins, market opportunities and commercial priorities, developing clear recommendations and business cases.
Lead strategic initiatives. Own projects across functions, from defining the problem and aligning stakeholders through to implementation and measuring results.
Support market growth. Work with leadership on strategic customer opportunities, partnerships and initiatives that strengthen Wonderful’s position in Germany and Austria.
Connect local priorities with global expertise. Partner with Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Delivery and Operations to secure support, resolve dependencies and move important initiatives forward.
Strengthen business planning and reviews. Give local and global leadership a clear view of performance, priorities and the decisions needed to keep the business moving.
Take ownership of complex challenges. Bring structure to ambiguous situations, exercise sound judgement and drive issues through to resolution.
