In this dual-function role, the coordinator will analyze construction plan unit matrices to generate accurate labor estimates in Excel while serving as the primary operational link between field crews and site superintendents. The ideal candidate manages approximately five concurrent projects, ensuring job site readiness, material ordering, PPE compliance, and remote crew accountability.

Supervise dining room and offsite lunchroom service at a remote camp, including staff training, meal setup, guest service, inventory, food production, and driving staff and suppliers to offsite locations.
Review and investigate visual and written user-generated content for Community Guidelines violations, applying cultural awareness, sound judgment, and confidentiality in content moderation decisions.
Support camp kitchen operations by cleaning and sanitizing work areas, washing and storing dishes, stocking supplies, completing food-safety logs, and assisting with food production as needed.
Structure and review reverse mortgage loan files, resolve underwriting and process issues, and partner across Sales and Operations to retain pipeline loans and move them toward successful closing.
As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee contact center operations, coach team members, and ensure performance targets are met while implementing effective solutions.
